  This Scholarship was created in honor of William W. and Victoria K., sponsored by Tanner Whitman Services. 

William W. and Victoria K. played significant roles in our lives which helped contribute to who we are today. We will continue to remember and honor them by paying it forward to our future LEADERS of Hawai'i.
